BREATHWORK

Breathwork is a the name for conscious breathing techniques that shift your physiology, emotional state and perceptions. It is an easily accessible, often profound way to go inwards, accessing the unconscious to break through to insights, release stuck experiences and increase self-regulation.

I have a been a breathwork practitioner for 25 years, utilizing holotropic breathwork, and various types of pranayama. I have trained with David Elliot, Ana Forrest and in traditional pranayama methods.

Meditation

Science is discovering what meditation practitioners have known for centuries: meditation reduces stress, builds our capacity to cope with life and increases self-awareness and focus. I offer both open monitoring and focused attention styles of meditation in my practice, as well as many visualization tools.

I have been a double certified yoga and meditation teacher since 2000. I have studied vedic meditation, Kundalini, mindfulness, pranayama, tantra and many martial arts traditions. I incorporate meditation into my practice to support my clients as desired.
